These Terms of Service and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website NextAISense ("Site") and its associated platform(s), service(s), and product(s) (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

4. Account & Access

  • By creating an account, user/customer share the responsibility for the protection of account credentials. It is essential to keep your login information secure to prevent unauthorized access.
  • You are liable for all activities conducted under your account and are obligated to refrain from divulging any personal information to external entities.
  • You consent to abstain from participating in any illicit, deceptive, or abusive conduct, and you shall not utilize the Site to disseminate malicious code, unsolicited communications, or false information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Certain services may require a paid plan.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • All payments must be made in full before gaining access to the Robotics Onboarding Module sessions.
  • For customers on a subscription plan, a monthly applicable subscription amount will be charged automatically to the registered payment method. Monthly charges are applicable from the date of subscription activation. Failure to process a payment will result in temporary suspension of access until the payment is cleared.
  • We accept payments through [UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallets].
  • The payment amount is as displayed on the payment page, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as specified in pricing/payment page.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD only.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content is owned or licensed by NextAISense Tech Private Limited.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer platform content without permission.
  • Users are bestowed a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and utilize the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Content Submission & Moderation

  • By submitting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.
  • You are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates our Terms or is deemed unsuitable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized content.
  • Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
  • NextAISense is not liable for any damages caused by use of our Platform, third-party actions, or technical issues.

  • User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy .
  • Users can manage their data preferences via account settings.

11. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
  • Users can close their account by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
